Our affiliation with Sanford Health Network gives patients the assurance that if it is necessary to be transferred to a tertiary care facility, they will receive care from a health system rated one of the nation's best. Being part of the Sanford Health Network provides the opportunity for individuals in the area to receive health care from family physicians in a hometown setting. The physicians are part of a network of over 300 physicians within the Sanford Clinic who provide care for one health system. Should you need specialty care, your family physician has immediate access to the appropriate specialists within the system.

O'Brien Court, Independent Senior Housing, is directly attached to Sanford Tracy Medical Center. Thirty (30) one and two bedroom apartments offer comfortable, affordable living. Additional Services for residents needing expanded care are now available for residents who need assistance with personal cares, medication management or post surgical care.

Sanford Tracy Medical Center is governed by an appointed Board of Directors residing within the Sanford Tracy Medical Center area.
